Disposition versions
1. Municipal police forces and the Sûreté du Québec must provide police services in accordance with the level applicable to them under sections 70 and 71 of the Police Act (chapter P-13.1) as set out in the following chapter. The Sûreté du Québec provides services of a higher level than those required of municipal police forces as well as level 6 services.
